How do I update my menu, products or prices?
Edit the shared sheet we set up for you, or send us the change on WhatsApp. Each plan includes monthly updates.
What happens when a customer asks something it can't answer?
It hands the conversation to you, with the chat so far, and notifies you right away.
Can it connect to my POS?
Many modern POS systems, yes. Some older ones can't. We check yours before you pay anything.
How long does setup take?
Most assistants go live in 3 days to 2 weeks. Bigger builds with several integrations can take 1 to 3 months. You get a date before we start.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Any setup fee can be split over 3 months, with 10% added.
